We’ve been eating at Jose O’Shea’s, in Lakewood, Colorado for many years. We love it there as it’s not only a good restaurant but they’re able to easily accommodate our vegetarian diet. Their Mariachi band is always great, too, but unfortunately their trumpet player wasn’t available during the one visit I remembered to bring my camera. Oh well, you get the idea of how well they do there – it’s great fun!
